Our Approach

Each piece we create is handmade with care. Because of the nature of handcrafted decor and delicate jewelry, slight variations and natural wear over time are normal. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and are committed to fair and reasonable resolutions.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Because custom items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom work unless the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed production error.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect style choice, or general buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and materials carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before ordering, we are happy to help.

Repairs & Craftsmanship Guarantee

We offer complimentary repairs for craftsmanship-related issues within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

This includes:

  • Clasp or attachment failure due to construction (material may need to be purchased at the time of the repair since some items are made from recycled and thrifted materials)
  • Structural issues related to workmanship

This does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing on items that not not labeled tarnish resistant
  • Water damage
  • Bent components from impact
  • Damage caused by pulling, snagging, or improper storage

Repair Process

  • Local customers: Free repair within 30 days.
  • Non-local customers: Repairs are free within 3 months; customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

After 3 months, repairs may still be available for a reasonable fee depending on the piece and materials.

To request a repair, please contact us with photos and your proof of purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or exchange.

Handmade Nature

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Minor variations are part of the design.
  • Delicate pieces require mindful handling.
  • Proper care will significantly extend the life of your item.
